Good god, that’s ridiculous.
I was thinking yesterday how bizarre it is to have to be in the position of accepting this as a good thing, since it almost never rains here in spring any more. I haven’t gone out to check the min-max thermometer yet (I just woke up after a fitful night’s sleep because the dog heard a mouse in the pantry and that was really scary and he couldn’t sleep).
Virtually the only precipitation this garden gets is spring snow. (Winter doesn’t count since the plants are asleep.)
You have to be tough to garden here ……
