in the seed frames

This little thing is a seedling of Pediocactus simpsonii subsp. nigrispinus. (It doesn’t yet know it’s going to be burdened with a name like that for the rest of its life.) The camera really wanted to focus on the gravel instead of the cactus, but I tried to talk it out of its digitally-enforced ways, and make it focus on the smallest thing in the pot.

Great picture. Any chance of seeing where/how your seed starting system is set up?
