Post old pictures. I could take pictures of little bits of snow, or dried stuff all over the garden, or things not blooming, but that might be boring. There isn’t any actual gardening that needs to be done, though a bit of clean-up would be nice right about now. I’ll leave that to my assistant. Where is my assistant, anyway?
The thing about imaginary garden assistants is, well, let’s just say, there are multiple problems. They’re not very dependable, for one thing. My previous assistant, Tania, showed up so rarely I began to wonder why I even bothered. Nothing ever got done. I’ve considered bringing her back, though. If nothing is going to be done, might as well have an assistant who does nothing, to help with that.
I found more of Cindy’s pictures in her private stash. She would have been ticked off that I posted these pictures; maybe they weren’t totally and completely perfect. Everything had to be perfect. She married me, after all….
