      There was no cookie. I’ve gotten used to this indignity. I thought I was done with this a couple of days ago, with the Facebook picture, and then I was forced to do this again today. I am resigned, now.

      It’s true that I was not hugely thrilled. I think I look like an idiot.
      You can see in the blog post Making A List... that Chess, the purebred border collie who lived here before me, felt the same way. (Also in his Season’s Greetings for 2013.)
      The guy I live with says he looks like an idiot almost every day, so maybe it evens out.
